Purpose of the Role 

We are looking for an experienced project management professional who is passionate about building Next Generation Artificial Intelligence (AI) based products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out AI products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. 

The purpose of this role is to deliver a high quality and customer-focused operational service to the business. Work independently on a day to day basis to ensure all operational, and project work is undertaken in a timely and efficient manner while leading a team of personnel (onsite and offshore teams). 

 

Job Responsibilities:

·      Create and maintain a consistent and measurable roadmap of our Compliance and Audit Automation products spanning both smaller features and more ambitious, market-shaping bets. 

·       Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Work closely with software engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Create content for competitive materials and product documentation. 

·       Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members. 

·       Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.

·    Play a key role in capturing the business, functional, and technical requirements necessary to implement new products or features within our flagship product suite.

·       Independently, develop the requirements and direct the implementation from large to small scale features and functions. 

·       Ability to professionally challenge technical, project leads and senior management.

·       Ability to facilitate, lead and document discovery workshops, internal and client meetings.

·       Ability to manage client expectations and client communications (written, oral and listening).

·       Experience of working with offshore resources/teams in an agile environment.

·       Oversight of Agile team (onsite and offshore), to drive the product development cycle including business requirements development, design, test, launch and adoption to ensure delivery against expectations.

·       Ensure that the business is prepared to support the launch of new features and products. This includes conducting demos, training customers and preparing go-to-market documents (product white papers, presentations, and other marketing collateral).

Qualification:

         I.            Bachelor’s degree or higher.

       II.            Project Management certification will be a plus (PRINCE2 or PMP).

      III.            Min 5 years of relevant work in technical project  management, owning and driving end-to-end projects requirements across multiple technologies teams. 

     IV.            Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful projects and product throughout its lifecycle.

       V.            Proficient in enterprise software and SaaS delivery model especially release planning, go-to-market, customer facing tools, training, and education material development. 

     VI.            Excellent oral and written communication skills tailored to a wide variety of audiences.
